Nagapattinam District a beautiful and peaceful area at Kariyapattinam
village, at about 15km from Vedaranyam and Thiruthuraipoondi. it is a
rural, and less economical power area. DEVARAJAN
COLLEGE OF EDUCATION is approved by NCTE - Bangalore
and affiliated to Tamilnadu

EDUCATIONAL TRUST, at Agaran kadu,
Thennampulam village, Vedaranyam Taluk, Nagapattinam district. It is
founded by the maintenance of the farsighted and noble heated
philanthropist Thiru,
S.DEVARAJAN. The aim of trust is
to quality teacher education in this area.
It’s annual intake is 100 students. it is a
co-educational institution which imparts standard education bolstered by a
galaxy of well experienced, dedicated and well qualified pedagogues. We
always place the element of character building a cut above the others as we
strongly believe the character is
the bulwark of life. it was inaugurated in august 2009 and the first batch
of the students came out of the college in June 2010. It has been producing
more than 93% of result in the
university exam.
